I have got 4x AMD Opteron 6238, runs at stock speed 2600MHz and sometimes jump to 2900MHz (see it through a CPU monitoring software). How to make CPUs runs at 2900 MHz constantly? I'm using Xmrig 6.2.8. The current hashrate is just around 9-10 kH/s.

I have no idea what I am doing. I am hoping to mine Monero, however, am working out how much it is cost me in £ to get a decent computer and everything I need.
