  2. Mam i have one doute, to stop the hairfall we can pratice sarvangasana and Adho Mukha Svanasana in the morning one by one

  3. These yogasan are really effective…… I was sick off my hairfall problems,,, I tried my remedies to cure hairfall problem bt cnt be able to stop…. After that i started yogasan….. See I have long hairs,,,, and minimum hairfall
