  1. No word of a lie. In trying to cancel Spectrum, I literally almost agreed to getting Spectrum mobile just to get the woman to shut up and cancel my internet.

  2. That's funny because that is my internet provider to be honest it's not bad it's really good since I don't have Xfinity where I live I used to live in an area that had Xfinity I have Spectrum now hey it's kind of similar to Xfinity is it like from the same company or what

  3. OMG! This is almost exactly the way it works. However, you left the part out where the first 30 minutes is a computerized voice asking you to press a button for a multitude of option that don't apply to the reason you are calling for and if you press zero (0) to get to an operator you are sent back to the beginning of the computer telling you to make a selection (for a category they con't have).

  4. Thanks, that reminds me of a good friend asking for more Steam cards. I don't have any money ! Get it !!!?

  5. What’s really unrealistic is the fact that he actually spoke to human beings……not possible with. O cast!

  6. The most realistic skit about cable companies. Spectrum must have irritated alot of people to end up on SNL.

  7. Horrible service and customer service..Don't go with spectrum. My cable goes out constantly and they charge me $300 a month. Total rip off. I'm gonna g9 back to direct tv.

  8. Lol, this why calling these people is like pulling teeth; We prefer to go in person! 😄

  9. After the cancellation…they send you “we want you back” junk mail for the rest of your lives.

  10. I think the opening line when canceling cable should be: I'm not paying you anymore, so if you want to continue to provide the services that's on you.

  11. This is like the transcript of every call I've ever had with Spectrum. Completely on point and hilarious!

  12. .Verizon 5G home internet: I have the ASK-NCQ1338 box and 4/5 bars for 5G signal. I got 330 download, 23 upload, no data cap. So easy, just plug in the power cord and it works. Verizon is $50/mo ($25/mo if u have unlimited cellphone plan), and I've cancelled cable. I tested 7 tvs streaming simultaneously in the evening and Speedtest said that the download speed was 177.

Cable internet/tv/phone bundle has been monopolizing/raping me for 20 years, and cable is unreliable, and TV picture is bad at 720P/1080i.

    I have 60 devices. I have a large 2 story house 2600ft.

I also ordered another 5G home internet for my son who's going back to college for his off-campus rental house. With 5G, all he had to do was plug and play. He didn't have to contact the cable companies for setup.

  13. I called to cancel my cable with Spectrum a couple of weeks ago and this is pretty accurate lol.

  14. This wasn't funny. It just triggered my PTSD because it's a documentary of MY experience with Verizon.

  15. To be fair to the representatives they aren't the ones deciding on corporate policies. They are required to read from scripts and go through checklists. As much as we want to take out our anger on them it is not their fault but that of their bosses. Unfortunately for them it is corporate policy to make sure they get between you and the 4$$hole bosses that created those abusive policies in the first place. (hence the job title 'representative')
