25. for monero which is the only one I'm really using, it says that all my mined blocks are unconfirmed and it just keep mining and uncomfirming them so I'm not getting any profit, please help

27. so, at what point does a user (you) earn 1 bit coin? how many hours would i have to do that process in order to earn 1 bit coin? how does the the 'earning bitcoins' work?
