   OK. ive disconnected mcafee. its not a virus. Just standard cryto mining which is often seen as a virus by many anti–virus protectors . So trick is a. to use a disposable computer to mine with, not to have protection installed on a computer that you use to mine with, hence im using a newly bought non-work cheap Dell Optiplex (better then a rasbery pi).

   but my CMD new "config file" reads:

   What am I doing wrong? Can you assist please.

7. I had trouble getting the Windows Command Scripts (.cmd) to work until I added cd /d "%~dp0" as the second line of code after @echo off. This changes the directory so that the script can find the xmrig application.

13. You can also go to xmrig.com/wizard and setup your configuration and then you can copy and paste either the config or the cmd.

38. Dude first of all you should have something BETTER than note friggin pad installed. This is the most basic of basic text editors that NEEDS to be installed before you start. For example, heard of Notepad++? Next, why are you getting people to create the config file when there is a config wizard on the site that you can use????????
