In this video we refine a beginner’s cbetting strategy by using an extremely simple heuristic. We also go in-depth on our overall philosophy of how a beginner should learn GTO:

1. Start off with a basic, simplified strategy.

2. Identify major leaks through a combination of (a) aggregate frequency analysis using a HUD (to prevent exploitation) and (b) EV loss analysis using a solver (to remedy flaws in strategic logic/punts).

3. Refine the strategy INCREMENTALLY to address the leaks (i.e. don’t try to replicate GTO perfectly).

4. Rinse and Repeat.
