   And Baymax is made of "inflatable" material, so hiro could made a hole and use it as a booster, or just tell baymax to hang onto the ship as baymax uses rocket punch because the rocket's thruster does more than enough power to get hiro to other side and crashes far enough from the portal, so it should be enough to atleast bring both of them to the edge of portal and drag the ship across.
