  5. Best part by far was the part when the brother keeps kidnapped near the end and Colleen and the girlfriend try to go after him in the car but then Colleen hallucinates that the girlfriend is a giant chicken and crashes Barbara Crampton's car.

  7. I Really like the film. Superb Cinematography and Awesome Soundtrack. The plot was good and felt realistic. Overall really enjoyable film. 9/10

  11. Point of this movie? Christianity… BAD, deconstructionist moral relativism and Marxism.. Good. I don't agree with that. But that's the point of this movie.

  13. Loos like lady bird took some "inspiration" from this. Even the typo looks similar. But anyways. This is by far much better.

  18. i’m actually so pissed i wasted 1h 31m of my life, so boring and i never found myself attached or caring for the characters please do not waste your time it had a great soundtrack but everything else sucked

  19. Just finished watching this on Netflix. Stumbled upon it purely by accident. Had never heard of this before and just decided to watch it based solely on the film description. It was an "o.k." film although, I don't see too much of a "Goth" influence as the Netflix description denotes. It's more like the 'Hot Topic' version of "Goth". Soundtrack was a little thin to me as well. Shame cause there are so many great Goth/Post Punk songs that would've fit in a lot better than most that were used. Last, I thought it was going to be a bit more serious than what it turned out to be. Middle of the road film imho…

  32. In case you're wondering: it's pretty much a movie about nothing. The trailer makes it look offbeat and somewhat interesting, but believe me, it is not. At the end you just feel cheated of 1,5h of your life.

  41. Thank-You. People did not deserve this film, it will be overlooked which I am grateful for. One of the greatest works of cinematic art I have seen my entire life. This was a symbolist gem, beyond cult classic, true poetic vision.

  43. 3/5 stars IMO but this a big step in the right direction. Not everybody wants a cheesy Christian movie with terrible music.
