We were already in the studio with an incredible 60-piece orchestra recording a torch songs album that will be released in 2022. After viewing Ken Burns’ Country Music documentary, I was inspired to add this beautiful song that was originally produced by Chet Atkins for Skeeter Davis to our recording schedule.

  11. i confess i have never heard of Mandy as i am in Liverpool England…but WOW ..she looks good and sings good. i played it back over and over again with my headphones on . brilliant!!

  21. I just came from listening to a couple of reactor's listening to Brenda Lee's cover of this song. Then I listened to Karen Carpenter's rendition. Now I've listened to this cover. No one beats Skeeter Davis's original version. But in my opinion, this cover comes in second.
