she wants her boobs BIGGER and CLOSER TOGETHER??? she was talking about closer than they are in the pushup. thats not possible, her boobs are already smooshed together in one. her boobs are MASSIVE already and look incredibly natural without a bra. im worried her gender dysphoria is branching more to body dysmorphia and no matter how many surgeries she has she wont ever be happy with them and just needs therapy. for example, her nose. she massacred it. sometimes we need to sit with our bodies and realise they look perfectly fine and look like the gender we want them to, even if the insecurity of passing or not and the memory of what they were is still there. mirrors do lie

Her biggest issue is definitely body dysmorphia. I hope she’s being accompanied by a mental health professional, she deserves to feel happy and accomplished, but she feels like she never reaches whatever she’s trying to reach
