This is my honest review of the Narwal T10, the world’s first self-cleaning robot mop and vacuum. I love the base station that washes, rinses, and dries the twin scrubbing pads, and the robot mopping capabilities are really neat – however many downfalls to know when considering this 2-in-1 cleaning robot!

  1. Roborock G10 is what I consider the best in the market. It vacuums and mop at the same time, and the self cleaning is better than all other. It’s not available in the western market yet though.

  2. I'm waiting for roborock G10, it's available in China. Wondering when I can get them in Australia. It can automatically lift the mop when it goes on carpet. Also it is far better in vacuuming and mapping than Narwal.

  3. No on-board water tank is a deal breaker IMO. Would give it a superior mopping function if it was able to consistently supply water to the mopping pads.

  4. 1099?! Nope! Hard no!
You can get any combo vac for less or the same price! Roborock S7 vacuums and mops at the same time for 600! With proven navigation.
He even said he will only use it to mop and leave vacuuming to another robot…. 1K for a vacuum is steep!!!!!

  5. Looks better as a robo-mop. I would only use it in the kitchen, or other floors made of ceramic or linoleum. Spinning heads make it the best design in the industry for hard floors IMO. The gizmos don't interest me. Just need a mop that maps, cleans well two or three times a week, and returns to its station without getting stuck. They should make a small one-head version for kitchens only.

  6. This seems to have alot of potential and maybe the next generation will fix some of the flaws. I definitely think it needs to be able to vac & mop at the same time and the mop should have an onboard tank.

  7. Shag rag should disappear from existence. Shag rag = filth
Impossible to properly vacuum, my $5000 rainbow vacuum head have hard time vaccuming it, I wouldn't expect poor little robot to do that kind of job. I also never understood why would anyone choose shag over some beautiful medium length fiber rug.

  8. LOL, why is he so impressed with a option to send it out and scout the area? If it does doing a cleaning, does it really matter? Odd guy.

  9. Can I have one of your old vacuum robots. I have broken my back and I I have to care for my 21 year old son who is bed ridden. I cant vacuum or mop. It's worth a chance to ask you. Your the number one YouTube video I found.

  10. Thanks for the review. I bought and had to return the iRobot Braava jet m6 and the Roborock S7 for mopping my dark brown wood floor because both left visible wheel marks all over my floor. It was awful. I guess it was due to the wheels being behind the cloth. I see that the wheels of the Narwal are also behind. Can you tell me if you noticed wheel marks left by the Narwal? Thanks from Quebec, Canada.

  11. get one narwal or 2x roborock S7…..
I'm sorry but no robot is worth 1000$. Get a full paid year of maid service for that price, lol

  12. Ben, I have this product at home and I have to say my wife and i love it. I have been testing it for a month now. IT WORKS. My review is coming this week. Great review as always. I just wished it worked in multiple rooms with multiple maps.

  13. I thought this was going to be great but it doesn't float my boat. Looks great but doesn't seem to deliver

  14. Hi, I got a narwal last week, High-frequency sound was not heard in vacuum mode, but Can’t you hear a high frequency sound from the motor when operating in mopping mode? So I wonder if it’s normal because it’s too annoying. How about you?

  15. Finally. I've always thought robomops were bad. They take a good amount of time to set up every time. More time then it would take me to just use my little spray mop

  16. So if i buy it for the mop feature…i might want to put water on my Floor before sending the robot mop to work.

  17. I want a Narwal T10 concept made by robo rock or Irobot. Because the app of Irobot is amazing en easy to use. I like the concept of Narwal T10 but it shouldn't have the vacuum option. It should use the space of the vacuum option for other mopping options like bigger battery, a water tank, etc.. Narwal should do 1 thing great not 2 things bad. I would've bought the narwal T10 if it only had the mopping function. I think it has more potential as a mopping robot than a hybrid mopping/vacuum model.

  18. Great Review! They are sending me one this week to review on my channel so watching this helped me prepare! The S7 is still the king from my experience.

  19. Classy looking but no sprayer tank on the mop itself ruins the product. Going back to the base station each time for more detergent is ridiculous – it would never do my whole house. Also, it's a mop, not a vacuum. For $1,100 there should be a companion vacuum and matching self-emptying base station and then I would be happy to pay it and would buy the pair immediately. (The good thing about their vacuum design is that there is no roller for dog hair/dander to twirl around.)

  20. For that amount of money the mop pads should be raised up when e.g. cleaning the bathroom which is located on the other side of the house.
