So if she's not charged then how could she be locked up? Or some of her friends have to say. Not just one side of it. Now I know that she's been arrested so I still have to watch that video but I feel like she just kind of got judged before anyone had any actual idea of what actually happened. I think everybody jumped the gun just because of R, and yeah, I said it. Just because they are two different R****s and she's the one alive still. And I have not a clue who either one of these guys are either. Never heard of this chick. And I'm not saying that it didn't happen the way that his family thinks it happened or that it didn't happen the way she said it happened. I'm saying that everybody jumped to conclusions before the police were even able to investigate further. And I know I heard and one of these videos that somebody can't even get charged if they claim self-defense until there is an actual investigation. So I don't know what anyone wanted the cops to do right away. And I hate to say it but investigations can take a very very long time. And in this case, it took them 4 months to get all the facts together and finally charge her
