36. I have a few comments on your take on this situation. First of, you cant expect every family issue to folow american law. Secound you cant expect the juditial framework of inheritans to folow american law.

    This man sounds, based on the story, to be from eastern europe. So their have to be some differents.

    The reason I'm saying this is because the "just disown here, shes not geting a penny" is kinda useless unless that is actualy possible. Where I'm living the money payed to the grandchilder could be seen as an "pree payment of inheritans" and could be subtracted from the doughters inharitans IF its correctly recorded.

    I have afriend now who wishes hes parents waste all their money because he rather gain nothing then having his siater gain something, granted that he does not need it, beacuse there is nothin legaly that can be done to cut her out of her inheritans.
